• $60 non-refundable screening fee per adult; each adult 18+ applies separately.
• Have your photo ID, income documents and employer/landlord contact details ready.
• Have the property's address and advertised rent handy.
• Need a break? Use “Save and Resume Later” inside the LTS form.

We look for income of about 3× the monthly rent and positive rental history. Section 8 is accepted on select homes. Screening usually takes 2–4 business days; we'll contact you with the next steps once it is complete.
